They're obviously getting better at targeting their ads. I guess you guys didn't buy enough. :eek:

Now we have ads for therapeutic braces and geriatric supplies! :o
 
Its winter, too cold for those girls to be out in such skimpy things like that. They'll catch something!
 
I'm sure that they finally finally realized why they were getting a lot of hits but no sales was that they had wandered into a den of dirty old men.......:D:eek::p
 
A friend called yesterday and asked what a '92 LWB Chevy 1500 weighs - So I Googled it. (4100 + change).
Now all I get is car ads :(

I too miss the girls (OK - OK, the women).
 
You guys must all frequent the porn sites or something to get those ads. I think I got just one and then it was gone forever. It must be the pure life I lead. :D :D :D
 
I've managed to keep the ads coming by checking out the weekly specials at on-line lingerie retailers such as Lolita's Tease. Way better than Brownells and etc.
 
Before I got the ads with the comely young ladies.
Now I get ads for fine firearms and accessories.
Unfortunately, I can't afford either one.
 
Now that there's a topic about them, we may see them again.
That happened on another board. They glom onto what's being discussed and generate the ads for that.

I like the Victoria's Secret ones best. Now, let's see if they run ads here. I hope they feature Doutzen Kroes and Miranda Kerr among the models. They're both married, but I'll never meet them, anyway. And they are very easy on the male eye...:)
 
I Yahooed storage containers for the gun club now everything is those storage boxes. Not quite as nice as 20yo models.
 
I have not in the past or presently see ads of any kind. Does that mean I'm cheap or dead?

I'm with Iggy... and I'd say neither! Us old guys gotta stick together. I must have blinders on when I'm perusing the forum cause I pretty much just ignore the adds. Kinda like ignoring my age. It's just a matter of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it don't matter!

I'm kind of glad that the lingerie ads are not on the forum anymore they did nothing but irritate my libido.
 
Just FYI-"Apparel" is one big ad class. Camo coveralls, socks, western shirts, lingerie, etc, etc are all lumped into that one category.

To get rid of the babes, we had to block the whole category.
