Maybe addressed here before, but wondering why I see no IMR 4320 or H4320 powder for sale? Also, why no large rifle primers? The other powders and primers I use are available.

About thirty-five years ago, IMR4320 was not available for quite some time. I switched to IMR4064; accuracy and velocity equalled that of IMR4320 and charge weights weren't the same but pretty close.

Primers ... manufacturing focus is upon the greatest demand ... small pistol (9MM) and small rifle (223/5.56MM)
Large pistol makes an occasional appearance, Large rifle .... hopefully they acknowledge hunting season. One would think 7.62 would carry demand for them, it doesn't seem the case.

Since neither is listed on Hodgdon's website I would assume it is no more. It appears it was discontinued a little over a year ago judging by the internet chatter.

It won't work in every situation, but I switched over to H4895 years ago to replace both IMR powders. I've found Varget to work very well in some instances but it lacks the general versatility of H4895.

As noted above, a lot of production time/machinery is focused on the small primers. The other thing to consider is that LR size primers are used for the ammunition for pretty much everything but the small arms of individual combatants. ie: your various GPMGs.

I managed to score a brick of Federal 210 match primers recently at less than highway robbery prices. Several months ago, Cabelas had some Remington 9 1/2s for under $100 a brick. Picked them up at a local store to beat the hazmat/freight charges.
