According to Bruce Canfield you have Model 1917 and they were an exact copy of the British blade. They were made for the 1917 "Enfield" rifle which was also copied from the British P14 rifle. They were also made by Winchester (a W in the circle). There were two types of scabbard, Type 1 and Type 2, made for it differing in the method of attaching the cartridge belt hooks. Known as the M1917 scabbard. For WWI blades it should be green leather covered with a metal. The M1917 scabbard was also authorized for the M1905 bayonet. The bayo was authorized for trench shotguns into the Vietnam era. There were three makers of the scabbard and they out numbered the bayonets.
