Anyone know what size the hex key for the Bodyguard sight adjustment/laser battery compartment screws? I seemed to have lost mine  I looked at Lowes tonight, but the smallest ones there don't even come close. My issue is that the laser sight turns off almost every time that the slide is racked/or gun fired. I was trying to avoid sending it back to S&W, and I didn't look on their website yet for a replacement. I'm optimistic that the battery compartment is loose? Thanks for any help.

I think its called "super ******* tiny". Call or email S&W and they will send you a new wrench. My laser actually quit working completely shortly after I bought it. I don't have much use for it so I've just ignored it.

I liked the gun and purchased one, but the laser is IMHO just a gimmick. I wished that the laser was optional as I would have bought the stripper model without it and saved a few bucks.

I have had no problems with it (laser) YET, but if I do just completely removing it from the gun and putting it back in the S&W box and saving so I can restore if I ever sell gun. Does anyone think removing and leaving out would cause any problems?

Thanks for advice! You guys are probably right - laser more of a gimmick, but I'm weird about having things work the way they're supposed to. I found an old post. The hex key is 0.035 (tiny). There is a hobby place that sells one for $9 that actually has a screwdriver type handle, so I won't lose it as easily. I've also heard that Insight will send a new one for free, but I chose to pay for one that should be easier to keep up with. Thanks again.
