Well, it does have the "Keep out of the reach of children" warning so I would guess that it's from the '60s or a little later. I've heard of Coast to Coast stores but I haven't seen any ammo with their name on it. Sorry, can't help you much.
I'm with you - Dominion mfr, late 60s - early 70s. The gold-&-black box is typical of Dominion ammo, whether sold in Canada or imported and sold thru a U.S. distributor like CtoC or Speer.
