What's the trick to removing the pistol grip on the M&P AR15?

I want a different grip and moving on to the MOE+.

I can't figure out what the fasten is on the STOCK M&P15 rifle.

Any Ideas?

Beware the safety detent and spring when removing the grip. It is held in place by the grip.
