Hellmann’s. Was raised on it. Can’t stand Miracle Whip, and it really pisses me off if I get it after asking for mayo. I just bought a jar of Duke’s, but have not had occasion to try it. I had never seen it locally, until after I read about it here.

Some years ago I whipped up my own in a blender from Safflower oil and sundry other ingredients. Good stuff, but took too much time to make for my blood. Besides that, I haven't seen Safflower oil for sale anywhere for a long, long time. Consequently I just buy Kraft Olive Oil Mayo these days -and I like olive oil better than the safflower stuff.

My wife likes mayo, so it's Best Foods(Hellman's) for her and potatoe salad etc. Me, I prefer Miracle Whip.
