who manufactures Rock River Tool Boxes

I know Fastenal distributes them, but I was wondering who manufactures them. I bought a top and bottom on Craigs List for $50 and need to replace a slide.

Try Waterloo, long before they were bought out they made most of the boxes ( except Snap On ).

Thanks, I contacted Fastenal and purchased the drawer slide. I'll have to look and see if I can find any makers mark
