Will M@P holster work for Walther PPQ M-1

Trying to help a female friend find a left handed holster for a Walther PPQ M-1 was told by the worker and the gun store that the Walther would fit in M@P full size holster's. Does any one know if this is true local gun stores have no left handed holsters to even try this out so before ordering something would be good to know if it would work. Any help would be great.

It might physically fit but the M1 has paddle mag release on the side of the trigger guards. The M&P holster might in gage those and release the mag. Best bet is to go online and just order a holster
