Will these grips fit a new 629 Classic

Just ordered a New S&W 629 Classic 5" and was hoping to put these impact absorbing grips on it. Will these fit? Their site site doesn't list the 629 series as taking the grips but say they fit any S&W revolver with rounded frame edges - which the 629 does.

Those are for the X frame....you need N frame round butt. Same manufacturer though

They will fit just fine

While the Recoil absorbing grip is ONLY manufactured for the K/L/X frame, the covered back strap stretches sufficiently to accommodate the slightly larger dimensions of the N-frame

Folks have been using these on N-frames for more than a decade now

No they are not, they are waiting for my future revolver purchases.

The Orange, Yellow and OD Green ones are no longer available from Smith and Wesson as parts. Anybody can order all the black ones that they want.
