Decent sights for the money. I have 1 set that I tried for a Glock. There are a lot of fiber optic options out there including tritium/fiber optic sights as well.
Pistol sights are like many things you see on the forums. Lots of opinions as to what is best. I have done an extreme amout of research on pistol sights. Outcome being that they are specific as to what type of shooting you will be doing and what light conditions you are shooting in.
I use one sights for precesion shooting and competetion and another for self defense. When I shoot competetion I wear glasses and my sight picture is crystal clear. Also shooting against a all light colored target is different that shooting against a target with a large black center.
All light background a solid black rear and front blade is good as there is a proper contrast. A large black center I would use a fiber optic front sight with a black rear. That creates a bright small dot image on the center of the black circle.
Out in public no glasses and my sight vision is no way as good so I use a larger fiber optic/tritium sight on my defense pistols. TFO style
I also train every day with a SIRT training pistol. That is a laser emiting beam coming from the barrel of a perfect Glock replica. Same trigger pull, reset tension and distance as a Glock. That way I can get hundreds of draws a week and then go to the range at least once a week or more.

So the answer to the question Fire sights are only OK in my opinion but much better out there in fiber optic only.
You should evaluate what type of shooting you are doing and research the different sights available for that type of shooting.
