I have a very old Winchester Hand Reloading tool for the 25-20 W.C.F. Cartridge.

I bought this tool many years ago in Dallas Texas at an estate sale on a ranch. While at the Estate Sale I saw a painting of an old Cowboy on a horse with a Winchester Rifle. I was told by the seller of this tool that that Cowboy was his Great Great Grandfather and that this tool was found in the saddle bags that were in the painting. It was the tool for the Winchester Rifle that the Cowboy was holding. The Winchester was sold several years earlier and the saddle bags were found in the barn on the ranch.
