It looks like I'm joining the stent club shortly.More scans tomorrow to see if there's room to squeeze one in there. The plaque is right next to a junction.If all goes well my arm will be happy and my dizziness will decrease
It's the only place I have any plaque at all, which is good news as my anomalous coronary artery is nice and clear along with all the rest of em around my heart and neck-whew!

@arjay Stent is cake. Like falling off a log. An hour after the procedure, you and your doctor will shoot a quick nine holes at his country club. Bright side is you already paid your dues, so the Stent Club will be ready with a ball cap and satin bowling jacket. Just go easy on the nurses when you're in the hospital. Those women aren't used to real men. You may frighten them.

Call us when you're done. Somebody around here must have some whiskey somewhere.

I had a stent inserted twice back in 2022. I was extremely fortunate because it wasn't for my heart which is in fantastic condition. I had a LARGE kidney stone and a growth in the same kidney. So I got the stent right where I didn't want it. I think you can figure out where. The worst part was when it was removed by a pretty blond in the office visit.

Good luck, hope it works out. Stents are beautiful things, a quick cure for a big problem. I rejected my 2 stents in 6 months I had quadruple bypass 2 1/2 years ago. Life is good, Larry
