For Sale or Trade a very rare Smith & Wesson Model 617-1 6in, 6-Shot .22lr Revolver, Pre-Lock - Pre-Mim. Does include a box however the label is missing so I cannot say for certain. I purchased this one and had it imported to the US. This is one of only a handful in the states, I believe 6 to my knowledge. The total production of these is very limited. The revolver is about as clean and nice as they come. I believe it is nice enough that you will be delighted with the investment you have made even one year from now. The action and timing on this firearm are dialed in perfectly. The bore and cylinder chambers are mint and the mechanical working order is flawless. Included with the is the Ace Conversion Targets as pictured, the revolver is actually a ROUND butt but has beautiful conversion Combat grips. This Revolver is a blast to shoot! I just do not have the time otherwise it would stay with me. This beauty has desirable features no longer available on today's modern machine-made guns- like Pre-Mim parts, and of course, the absence of that ugly lock. TAI MINOT was the US importer the ATF requires that they also mark the revolver.
