I found this in a local Pawn Shop as a complete rifle with A2 upper. I pulled the A2 upper for another project and replaced it with a new non-ramped flat top receiver. I believe the barrel to be a heavy profile ER Shaw Phosphate Finish Chrome Molly with 1:9 twist, A2 front sight, with 5/8x24 threaded on A2 FH (as listed on Model 1 Sales Website). Barrel is only marked M1S (last pic). I did put around 20 rounds of Wolf 6.5 Grendel through this without issue. Complete with BCG & charging handle. The receiver was a little tight on the lower I used, so I had to remove a little material off the rear receiver lug. Shouldn't affect anything. Upper is in excellent condition and the bore looks great.
