Wolf striker springs for sigma

Hello to all. Kinda new here but I was wondering if anyone had replaced the factory striker spring in the sigma with the wolf aftermarkets to lighten up the trigger pull? Also does anyone have any impressions about the 15lb guiderod spring?
I know it has to be purchased with the wolf guiderod but im still curious.

I do not have a wolff striker spring, but from what Ive heard it does dramaticly reduce trigger pull. But it may cause some light strikes/FTF
Not a problem at the range, but a dealbreaker in a home/self defense situation. You may just want to polish your sear.
The wolff guide rod is not a captured type, but will work fine.

First and foremost, Wolff warns their reduced power springs are not for duty use.
Knowing that, I installed one of their reduced power firing pin springs in my SW40VE (don't remember the rating; I think 16 lbs). It made for a lighter trigger. I got 4 FTF out of a hundred rounds. The 4 cartridges fired in my wife's Mil Pro 140 without a problem.
I reinstalled the factory spring. The only FTFs I've gotten since then, have proven FTFs in the Mil Pro 140 as well.

Stick with the stock striker spring.

Go buy a j-frame DAO and shoot it a bunch then try out the sigma trigger, it'll feel like a competition 1911 after that. lol

Seriously, save your money. The stock recoil and striker springs are as good as you can get for reliability.
My standard advice on the Sigma (aside from a little polishing) is shoot it and love it, or trade it for an M&P.

I shoot the Walther PPK for God's sake!!

Compared to that, the Sigma is a breeze!!
