WTB M&P-15, AR-15, M16, M4, EBR

I am looking for an EBR. I would prefer a Smith and Wesson M&P-15, however all decent brands would be considered. I'm not looking for anything fancy or extra add on's. I am mostly concerned about the flat top rail and collapsible stock. To be clear and up front, I'm on the lower end of the price scale. If you know of anybody in the market shoot them my way.
