WTB: S&W 4506 Grips & Accessories

Hi. I have a new (to me) 4506 on the way and would like to stock up on some accessories. I'm looking for:

1. Straight factory grips
2. Factory magazines
3. Holster

Grips could come from any of the following models:
1006, 1066, 1086DA, 4505, 4506, 4506-1, 4546DA, 4566, 4567, 4586DA, 4596

I believe that magazines could come from any of the aforementioned 45 series pistols.
