WTB snubbie or S&W908

I'm looking for a used J-frame smith in 638 or 649 or an unshrouded D-frame Colt for $400 or less. I am willing to pay a little more for a FTF transaction in Virginia.
I may also be interested in a S&W 908 if the price is right.
