Smith & Wesson 19-4 .357/.38. nickel finish, snubby, 2.5" bbl. rate 90% due to some hazing mostly near the grips & some on the cylinder & bbl. most likely from improper storage by a previous owner..
according to my gunsmith, gun was shot very little. ring around cylinder almost invisible.
if FTF, permit & PICTURE ID required. All NC gun laws apply.
