For sale is a 625-6 45acp, stainless steel, 5" underlug barrel, pre-lock, but does have the frame mounted firing pin, and MIM parts. I have owned 4 625's, and this has the best trigger of the bunch. Good timing. Light turn ring, with no peening of the cylinder notches.
There is a handling mark below the cylinder release that has made the frosted finish "shiny", but cannot be felt. I would not call it a scratch.
There is a burr at the top of the sideplate where it mates to the frame. It can be seen in one of the close-up photos, right behind the hammer. It would be a non-issue for me, as I would stone it next time the sidplate is off.
I am not the original owner. The previous owner stated that he bought this at an estate sale, and it appeared unfired. He fired half a box, and put it away. I have not fired it.
Comes with original blue plastic box (scuffed a bit), manual, and oil paper, but no fired case.
Price is $850 shipped and insured. The only form of payments i'm interested in are a discreet Paypal "gift", Or a postal MO sent expess mail (overnite). I'm looking to move this, and can ship immediately. May consider trades on short barreled 27's, 28's, a 627, heavy duty.
Your FFL must accept from an individual, i'll include a copy of my DL.
