Has decent factory checkered j frame wood grips, I am not sure if original to gun. Includes blue case with paperwork (Mass. Accuracy Cert., Manual, Reg. card) and a Don Hume IWB holster with loops.
I've shot 50 rounds (38spl) through gun. Mechanically perfect.
