WTS: Stainless 5 1/2" Old Army, Colt 2nd & 3rd gen. SAAs, S&W 29-2 4 (SOLD)

Due to unforseen medical bills, I will be liquidating some of my collection. I will post them here first before posting on the gun joker site, so get them here and save some money. I will consider reasonable offers from established members. Please post an "I'll take it" in the thread to make it official.

First up is my LNIB Ruger SS Old Army with the very hard to find 5 1/2" barrel. In its original box with papers and nipple wrench, it shows a little handling, easily buffed out with a polishing cloth, but has not been fired since the
day it left the factory. I looked for one of these for years, but now, since I will never shoot it, I need to let it go. Will ship through my FFL even though it is black powder, just to save any hassles from an overzealous shipping employee. Whether your FFL logs it is between you and them.
$1700 shipped.

2nd is a second gen. Colt SAA in .45Colt. Made in 1966 with a 5 1/2" barrel, it is still in excellent condition with just a couple handling/use marks and very slight blueing loss on muzzle and cylinder edges. I would still rate it at 98%, but you be the judge, I tried to get it all in the pictures. It has been fired about 100 rounds and does group very nicely to point of aim at 15 yards. $2600 shipped to your FFL.

3rd is a Colt 3rd gen SAA 45 4 3/4" in nickel w/fitted Sambar stags. Comes as seen in pictures. Like new condition, has had 20 rounds through it. $3100
shipped to your FFL.

SPF is a S&W 29-2. I was told by the original owner that he never fired it, and I believe it, but take it for what it's worth. He did say that he cleaned it when he got it because it looked like someone fired it 3 times. I chuckled a bit. We were able to find the SAT in his cleaning kit, and the bore brush and swab as well, but the swab and brush were too far gone. Original papers with blank warranty card and even the original T.G & Y. price tag. Case is in good condition, but the bottom has warped a bit. Inserts retain most of the flocking with only a couple small cracks where it is missing. The gun itself is beautiful with just a few handling marks, mostly on the stocks, and just a faint turn line. S/N dates to 1975 - 76 according to the SCSW. $1700 shipped to your FFL.

Payment by USPS money order, cashiers check or possibly Venmo. All forum rules apply.
