** off the market and closed **
I am going to list these here for a few days before I move them to auction. All are rare barrel length 44 Magnums with bright blue finish in factory configuration with factory letters. None came to me with presentation cases or tools but can add appropriate cases for interested buyers. A proper case and tools will add around $750 to $900 per revolver. These will ship from my FFL with full insurance. Happy to send additional pictures. I have not fired any of these but all seem to function properly. Flexible on payment method but no trades.
Item #1 - Pre-model 29, 44 Magnum with factory five inch barrel in 95% condition. Has wear at the muzzle, at high spots on the frame and on the cylinder. Really a nice gun that shipped to H H Harris on April 16, 1958.
$6750 NOW $6000 shipped
** SOLD ** Item #2 - Model 29-2 with factory five inch barrel in 98% condition. Exceptional gun with the only detractor is the Coke stocks have a repaired crack on the right panel. Does not affect function and the coloring is beautiful. Shipped to H H Harris on April 5, 1963.
$7000 shipped
Item #3 - Model 29 with factory 5 1/2 inch barrel in 85% condition. This is one of the 14 or so known factory 5 1/2 inch 44 Magnums. Unfortunately this one looks like it was improperly stored, developed rust and pitting and then aggressively cleaned. The imperfection is on both sides of the barrel at the same general location. The last one of these that sold publicly went in the $16,000 to $20,000 range and that was years ago. Shipped to Charles Greenblatt in NY on April 19, 1962.
