update -- was told this might be for a 3913 smith & models 39, 439, 539, 639, 908, 909, 952, 3904, 3906, 3913, 3914, 3944, 3946, 3913TSW, 3953, 3953TSW and 3954.
i picked up this mag it fit and function fine in my cs9 but it is not for a cs9, not sure what model it fits but did work fine in the cs9, sold the chief and need to sell or trade this mag now.
this is an 8 rd mag it did stick out of the cs9 but that was ok with me , and mags for the cs9 are HTF anyway.
