I am selling the following Smith and Wesson revolvers. All of them seem to function properly (but I am not a gunsmith). I accept USPS money orders, and can consider paypal (will need to add 3.5% to cover cc fees for paypal). Each gun will ship via USPS Priority Mail from my FFL to your FFL with a copy of his license included in the box. Am always happy to answer any questions or take additional pictures. Basic pictures are included below, but can email or host very high resolution pictures for prospective buyers.
I would consider a partial trade for the following items: Glock 19 or 26, SigSauer P6 or P225, 5.45x39, 5.56mm, or 9mm factory ammunition
**SOLD** Item #1 is a Pre-model 29, .44 Magnum four screw (shipped on March 1957) with a 6 1/2 inch barrel and Coke grips in 92%+ condition. This is a nice high end shooter with slight wear at the muzzle and high spots (cylinder edges, trigger guard, front sight tip, etc.) and streaking in the finish on the cylinder. I do not know what caused the streaks in the finish on the cylinder, but I have not expended any effort to see if the finish can be improved. If the cylinder did not have the streaking, the condition of the gun would easily be 95%. Still a nice gun. The Cokes need a refinish, but do not have major issues, just a worn finish and typical handling marks for 50+ year old wood grips. The price is $1235 shipped.
**SOLD** Item #2 is a Pre-model 29, .44 Magnum four screw (shipped on December 1957) with a 6 1/2 inch barrel and Coke grips in 85%-90% condition. This is a good shooter with wear at the muzzle and high spots (cylinder edges, trigger guard, front sight tip, etc.) and streaking in the finish on the barrel. The gun is magnaported. The Cokes have a large chip out of the back on the right panel and bumps and dings from use. They can probably be restored by one of our forum experts. The price was $985 shipped... but is now ** $795 shipped **
**SOLD** Item #3 is a Model 29, .44 Magnum four screw (shipped on April 1961) with an 8 3/8 inch barrel with a factory nickel finish and target grips in 85% condition. This is a good shooter with a rare nickel finish. The gun was refinished by S&W on April 1970 (marks on the grip frame). There is a N on the frame and a N under the ejector, so it appears to be a factory gun that had a refinish. Unfortunately, the gun has been neglected over its life and the finish shows the neglect. The finish has several small dings/chips the size of a pin head or smaller on the left and right side of the barrel. The cylinder has spots and wear marks and the top strap on the left side has a small dent. There are scattered bumps and dings all over the gun. There is also some discoloration/corrosion on the grip frame under the grips, but no rust. You would not know that it was there unless you took the grips off. I am making it sound pretty bad because I want you to be pleasantly surprised. This gun was not well cared for... but it is a rare gun and could fill a hole until a nicer one comes along. The price was $885 shipped... but is now ** $695 shipped **
