WTS/WTT a Smith and Wesson Model 65-2. 4" SS P&R K-Frame goodness with an interesting twist. Dick Reames, an LAPD armorer from the 80's, turned this fine old pistol from a square butt frame to a no-snag round butt. To top it off, he made a custom set of round butt service grips to give this workhorse a nice, shapely appearance. Very well done. The pics show a bobbed hammer, but it has been replaced with an OEM non-bobbed hammer. This pistol is in good condition. I have given it a good cleaning with a rag and some oil. Comes in the original box which has seen better days but still has all its pieces. Includes the original S&W literature, but no tools. I am asking $500 shipped from me to your FFL for this fine revolver. If your FFL requires a shipment from another FFL, add $25. I accept PP gift, USPS MO, or Check (must have good feedback, and check will clear before pistol ships). If you would like more pics, please ask for the angle you would like.
