I absolutely love the sights on the Springfield xds. Has anyone switched out the m&p sights for the xds ones? I really want the red fiber optic on the front. What sights are actually on the xds?? Thanks for your help!
what you are looking for is a fiber optic front sight. I would be surprised to find out that the sights will match up but I haven't pulled my xds sights off yet. On my M&P full size 9mm I have trijicon night sights. trijicon makes a set of HD night sights that have orange or yellow on the front sight and have the nights sights also. There are many companies that makes fiber optic sights for the M&P, HIVIZ, TRUGLO are just two different companies that offer them for around 25 dollars.

Another thing I have seen people do to have the dramatic contrast from white rear sights to red front, or any color, is to get a sharpie or paint and just color the white from sight in. Id recommend using a good sharpie if you do choose this way.
