A of of thought went in to that holster, too -- the thought being, I suspect, "If a sucker wants one of these guns, surely he'll spend $40 more on 25 cents worth of scrap leather and 15 seconds on a sewing machine."

I just watched the video. Seeing it in action reminds me of a couple of toy guns I had when I was a kid. One of them was a "camera" that turned into a pistol, the other was a "transistor radio" that turned into a rifle. Real spy stuff." :)

Of course for those you just had to press a "hidden" button.

I used to have a plastic "credit card" that had a knife blade that folded out of it, but I lost it.

I am now thinking of selling off my entire collection of big, heavy revolvers and semi's and just carry one of these. Much more practical I'm thinking!

The gun shop in Utica, Ohio was surprised how fast they sold the first 10 to come in, I ask if he was going to order another 10, Not on your life, was the response!

The guy in the video was way too comfortable pointing a loaded gun at his hand. I've seen that in videos on the NAA minis, seems like people who would normally follow basic gun handling rules toss them out the window when they have a tiny gun.

But yeah, practical-wise there's nothing this thing can do that an NAA mini can't do better. Reminds me of the Taurus Curve, as I believe the target demo is people who aren't experienced gun owners and are happier with something that looks like a cell phone.

If it's a last-last-ditch-don't even have a pen to stab with weapon, why not chamber it in something like .357 Mag? It's not like you're gonna need to hang on to it and keep shooting, so what does it matter if it flys over your shoulder when it goes off? Because it's not really a last-ditch weapon, it's just a toy and everybody knows it.

I think for a flimsy toy .22, one of those die-cast zinc SAA types for a third the price would be a better option.
