Randall Knife Wanted

Wanted to buy a Randall Model 3 or Model 5 knife in usable condition. Stag handle is what I prefer and either a 5 or 6 inch blade in carbon or stainless steel. Wood or micarta handles would also be OK.

Randal has a very small number of dealers that they allow to buy direct from the factory - their orders get preference over everyday customers whose orders are several years backordered. If you just want a knive to use, contact one of these dealers and they may have something in stock or coming.

Ebay alwasy has a bunch, but even a decent user is priced right up there with new ones. I wish you luck, but finding a fantastic deal on a Randall is very rare.

I don't know where you live, but, I have found the Tulsa gun show to have quite a few to pick and choose from. Bought one there last time and made a connection with another gent to buy my last one.

I now have the two I always wanted and I am done shopping for Randall's.

Thanks to all who responded to my ad. I have decided to contact a Randall dealer and get one delivered by the end of the year. I just don't want to order direct through the factory for a August 2014 delivery date! I may not be here then to enjoy it!

I have a Veitnam war model 1 that is real nice condition. It was carried in Veitnam. Very good sheath. If you decide you can't wait until the end of the year email me.

Thank you to all who responded to my want ad. I will order one next week through a Randall dealer and get the features I want.
