I don't think they are actually selling them. In Fact, I think they are hanging on to them all.

When we transitioned from the 4006 to the 4566 we (and retired Members) were given the option to purchase pistols from the same production run as those currently issued, as marked.

At $750+ I declined.

You'll probably have to wait until the current guns are upgraded. I doubt anybody that paid the premium will be willing to part with theirs. But, if you find a recently retired Trooper maybe he/she will part with theirs.

I'd suggest contacting the WV Troopers Association. Perhaps they can help.

If they're Melonited, integrally-railed 4566s I'd probably be interested too although my pockets aren't that deep. I'd still try to find a way.
