WTB / 66-1 4" Side plate

I picked up a 66-1 4" today & it appears to have been a state patrol issue . It looks as though someone took a grinder & removed the patrol stamp . It chewed the plate up pretty bad , so just looking to see if someone has one sitting around they want to sell . ( Plain or patrol for any state is fine ).Georgia stamp would be great though .
