WITHDRAWN: Ruger or Browning .22 Target Pistol (FTF in Illinois)

I would like to buy either a Browning or a Ruger .22lr target pistol. I may even consider a Ruger Single Six with adjustable sights. I'm only looking for a face to face purchase in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.
