Closed--GoldBox, tools, interior etc for Pre-27 3 1/2 & 27-2 tools
Looking to buy gold box for Pre-27 3 1/2, as well as tools.
Also looking for 27-2 tools.
Willing to pay market value, I know they are not cheap.

Don't have a box, but you need to state whether you're looking for a blue or nickel finish box. The correct box will be printed with both barrel length and finish.

I don't know if this helps any but my nickel 4 inch Model 27-2 came new in a wood presentation case. Dealer said the outer shipping box had the normal S&W data stick-on label while the gun itself was in a plain blue two piece box. He tossed all the outer shipping boxes, the plain blue boxes and sold the guns in just the wooden presentation cases. Most dealers did this until the wood case no longer came standard. The 4 inch 27-2 was made for such a short time, in such small numbers, that I don't know if you will find an ORIGINAL correctly labeled and stickered box for one, although I have seen a couple with the phony counterfeited stickers put on.
