I am looking to buy a Pre-War Registered or Non-registered Magnum in order to restore it into a beautifully finished shooter. I will also consider well used shooter grade pistols of the same vintage that may not be in need of a total restoration, or ones that have been restored but may not be perfect or original. I prefer former Law Enforcement pistols with 3 1/2" or 4" barrels but am willing to entertain all configurations and sensible condition levels. I won't rule out a gun that is pretty rough, but I'm obviously not going to want to restore a barnacle that has sat at the bottom of a lake for the past 70 years.
