Default WTB Ropers and Kearsarge Stocks

I'm pretty addicted to filling out a good collection of pre-war target stocks. If you have any you are thinking about parting with let me know. I have a pile of random stuff (mostly pre-war) that could go for trade, or if you want I can always scrape up cash somewhere.

Thanks for your time.

I wanted to bump this with a word of explanation on what prompted me to make this WTB ad.

I was in the local gunshop the day I posted this and one of the other regulars brought in a gun to show me. Registered Magnum #400. The configuration was standard, 6.5" Barrel, Gold Bead, all around fine condition. It has his grandfather's nick name engraved on one side and was wearing a set of stocks that haunt me.

Roper shape Walrus Ivory targets. He said his grandfather had pretty big hands, and when I put that gun in my hands I knew it was true. They fit me beautifully. Since that gun is going to stay in his family I will never have the opportunity to own it. I thought maybe, maybe someone else out there was ready to part with some fine old stocks that can help me forget the one that got away.
