CTG, you may be essentially correct, but I'll write it again--I'd much rather carry a cartridge with a bullet that expands, stays together, and still expands after passing thru thick clothing, than one that clogs with thick clothing and doesn't expand or one that comes apart in waterjugs. My testing methods have been essentially consistent over the years, and I'm VERY comfortable carrying those bullets that perform well in my tests.
And besides, not a single being has volunteered for expansion-testing-in-humans duty, so I don't have any people, or cattle, or hogs, or any other beings to test bullets on.
So you get to carry what you like, and I get to carry what I like, and I'll continue to test bullets and publish results.
