Default Bodyguard Question

I carry an S&W Bodyguard with a thumb safety which I prefer. It's a little difficult to work the safety especially if you have any oil or lotion on your hands. Does anyone know if S&W or an aftermarket company makes a safety that protrudes just a little more. Thanks.
