Will this model accept 2 3/4" chambered Model 1000 spare barrels? Thanks for your help.

I don't know if you got an answer elsewhere, but they are not interchangeable. The barrel ring/gas port is about an inch farther forward on the 1000 Super12 vs. the regular Model 1000 2 3/4" and 3" barrels.

Thanks for the help. Do you know if S&W made extra barrels for the Super 12? I am right in assuming they will chamber 2 3/4" shells as well?

The Super 12 is designed to shoot any 2 3/4" or 3" without having to change barrels, flipping switches, adding or subtracting rings etc.

There were four different barrels 26", 28" and 30" Multi-choke barrels and a 22" slug barrel with rifle sights.
