Help with 916a shotgun trigger replacement
Hello everyone, first post.
Generally as a rule of thumb, I like to take a picture of the internals of a gun before I tear anything apart. Have been wanting to pick up my first Smith anything for a little while, and like to tinker around with projects too. Found a Smith and Wesson 916a shotgun for $80, but the trigger was broken. Jumped on it right away. Little did I know that these certainly don't have a good reputation by any means. Either way. I got a trigger from Numrich, and proceeded to tear in to the shotgun. Popped the pin to remove the trigger, and a few little parts went flying. Found everything, but go figure...I never took a picture before pulling it apart, and am having a heck of a time figuring out how the trigger and spring go back together. Found a parts schematic online, but the blown up pic of all the parts spread out really doesn't help much. I know it is a long shot...but anyone out there have a picture of the trigger assembly on one of these all intact?
