Impossible for me to sign in at the SWHF website

Dear friends
with disappoint I'm tried to sign myself to the SWHF website as member and I cannot be able to go on to fill the form, because when i push the state button appears only the USA states, there aren't contemplated a forign coutries and members. I have written asking help but a frozen silence has been the reply.
Please elp me to solve this problem.

Ben, you are right, I have seen only now that all functions concerning the letters are available also without sign in
