Never mind dropping the guns, I winced every time they dropped the slide on a case loaded into the chamber. Good way to bugger your extractor.

I've dropped my LCP twice and neither time did it go off. Thank God I haven't dropped any others.

If you drop a handgun let it go; the unexpected discharge is the result of someone trying to catch the falling gun far more often than from the gun hitting the ground.
