With recoil springs I always like to start with a new factory spec spring and then make changes from there as necessary. It is not that often necessary.

As I recall the 4516-2 has a dual recoil spring setup using a small diameter guide rod (unlike the 4516 and 4516-1 which use a single spring with a standard diameter guide rod).
The factory Inner (108670000) and Outer (108660000) springs are readily available. Same as 4513TSW, 457, 4013TSW, and late 4013 with dual recoil spring setup.
There is also a dual spring set from Sprinco p/n 45162 but I believe it is same spring rate as S&W Factory springs.
If you are looking for alternate rates, I am not sure what might be out there in dual spring configuration.

First place I'd check out for a holster would be lobogunleather. com. Bet they can fix you right up.
Gordon with Bang Bang leather has made many holsters for our 4516 aficionados, including me. Mine is a Rhodesian variation that carries the pistol high and strong. Do a search here for threads from our beloved member 18DAI on Gordon's work. They are fantastic pistols.

I second the recommendation for Bang Bang Gunleather holsters, Gordon's holsters are well made and very reasonably priced, plus Gordon is a great guy and very knowledgeable concerning holsters. He'll treat you right.
