I have heard that is very common of an AI created picture.
There are four lights.

That is called "syndactyly". Far more common than you might believe. More than the normal number of fingers or toes is "polydactyly"

She may have been polydactyl, but that story is BS.
My maternal grandfather had a sharp lump on his nose that he claimed was the result of an injury from a shovel when he was a child. Guess what, I have the same nose! Deformities from an injury are not hereditary!

I worked with a guy that was born with 6 fingers on each hand. He said Drs. surgically removed them. He said they were pretty much useless and undersized.

My best friend in HS had webbed toes. It got him out of the draft.
