I waited over two months to be able to take an at home sleep study. The instructions say if you have problems/questions 1) use this phone app, 2) watch this YouTube video, 3) call the helpline.

1) when I used the APP. It took over my phone and deleted almost all of my info! (TikTok)

2) When we went to YouTube, the primary video wouldn't function! We did fid find one that worked further down in the list.

3) when I called the helpline they wanted all my personal info. What does my home address have to do with a malfunctioning piece of hardware? They had my name (which she got wrong!) and the phone number already.

I believe someone has decided to sell personal info!

I believe someone is getting a kickback from TikTok for getting new accounts.

My Doctor had nothing to do with this except she did the referral!

I am perturbated!

My wife found most of my info buried under about 30 Apps I never had before! between us about 2.5 hours of digging.

Most importantly, I didn't get my sleep study!

Did my sleep study in a clinic. Up twice during the night to use the rest room, then wide awake at 4:30AM (about normal for me these days). The technician commented that I really needed some help and would probably be hearing from my physician as soon as the results were reported.

I reported my great displeasure to my Drs. office this morning about 0930. I have received several phone calls from up the ladder responding to my disappointment. Maybe the incompetent will receive the proper "Counseling" they need, and it will get better overall. The "Thing" the medical establishment fears most, is a justified complaint! It will actually hurt their "Rating" against other hospitals/medical facilities, and that means real $$$.

Seems familiar. Never, ever, let the software that comes with Sony cameras organize your pictures.

Mine was easy . They came and dropped off a plastic container with what was needed and simple easy to read instructions . Loaded it up the next morning and put it on my front doorstep , which they picked up . Going to my ENT tomorrow to get the results . My wife is keeping her fingers crossed , getting tired of my snoring .

I spent the night in a hospital. Same ole same ole, woke up around 4:30-5:00. Prescribed some sleep meds which did nothing. After going through 6-8 different meds found one that works ok.

I've been on a CPAP since about 2007 and have several "sleep studies" since then. None have been at "at home." A CPAP machine literally saved my life. I was diagnosed with "very severe sleep apnea."

Go with a real sleep study, not that money-saving "at home" **** they try to pass off as a money-saving test.

Without a "real" sleep study and the resulting CPAP machine afterwards, I would not be here today. If all you're being offered is an "at home" sleep study, you are being short changes by your doctor and medical coverage.

I just want to add that the first night with my CPAP, I made it about halfway through the night. The second night I slept the sleep of the dead. I woke up entirely refreshed, something I haven't felt in many years. I don't even take a nap now without my CPAP in place. It is, literally, a life changer.

For my sleep study. They mailed me a computerized ring to wear and instructions.....For 2 nights I put it on--turned it on. And went to sleep Day after 2nd night I mailed it back to them......They downloaded the data and produced a report for my doctor........Easy Peasy.

For my sleep study I had to pick up the machine (60 mile round trip) and take it home. It was a nightmare sleeping with that thing on but they got enough information to find out that I was having 43 breathing stoppages an hour. I started on my CPAP machine in February 2018 and what a blessing it has been. I use it faithfully and my breathing stoppages have gone from 43 breathing stoppages per hour to less than 1. That's something like a 98% improvement. I've lost almost 30 pounds, because I think I was burning my food better inside of it going to fat. And my problem solving ability and ambition shot up. Indeed, I would be a wreck if not for my CPAP machine.

My initial sleep study registered 80-some interruptions an hour. In other words, I was not sleeping. A CPAP was a Godsend for me.
