I have a box and papers for a model 648. There's a small tear on the top of the box from a piece of tape being torn off, otherwise the box is in very good shape. There is no black plastic cone for the trigger guard, but it looks like there was never one there.
The original owner wrote the model number and serial number on the back of the users manual (you can see it in the picture).
