Hello to you smith auto collectors, I have (4) model 39 magazines with the flat floor plates stamped S&W on the bottom.
They are all VGC, I have had them for years.

Must be blued, plastic followers, and as you referenced, the flat metal plate stamped S & W.
Not a collector but need extra mags; newer product from Smith works but sticks out further than original.
By any chance, are you in the NC area.
