Make it simple- Glock 19 loaded with 15 rounds of Hornady critical duty. Don't forget a lite on the rail and a CT laser.

Having had first hand experience, I have absolutely no faith in the .45ACP. The .45 Colt with modern ammo however would be my choice.

I live in Arizona where your "posture prosecutor" position is irrelevant. I recommend that you move to a state which employs the Castle Doctrine and haste your rant. You bring up some salient points but just remember some of us live where home invasion situations are weighted in favor of the home owner and not the perpetrator.

You hit the hammer. Enough of this talk that .410, (I prefer Federal 000 buck) is impotent at 21 feet. Lehigh Maximum expansion .45 would reek havoc. Both effects would be traumatic at that range.
