Precision One Ammo, ok or not?
I don’t reload even though I should, that being said I am looking for inexpensive 44spcl range ammo. Has anyone used Precision One? Were there any issues? And I wouldn’t mind hearing about any good bargains on 44spcl range rounds.
.41 cents a round Precision One is the “cheapest” I’ve found
Thanks

I've never used Precision ammo but that's about what it would cost you to reload if you're using something like new Starline brass. The reason I mention Starline is because it's less expensive than others like Winchester.

Careful now.... Precision ONE Ammunition is a different company than Precision Ammunition.
I have used Precision One Ammunition in 357Sig and 38 Special. The 357Sig was outstanding and the 38 special was OK. I wouldn't hesitate to use either again...especially the 357Sig!

I bought a 250ct box of Precision One 200gr 44 SPL.
It was very good ammo, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again, especially at their price. However, I reload so I haven't bought anymore.
I also emailed them and asked if they would make some 200gr XTPs since their prices are so good on defensive ammo. They said they used to make it but quit and that they'd consider making it again.
I suggest you email them about the XTPs if you are interested.

Precison One that is....I think they use starling. I bought loose starline brass there. They are a great team and Jeff will make you custom loads for whatever you have in mind. Top shop in Charleston SC
