A 5.11 tactical vest
It has pockets on the inside. But you must have the holster part which attaches to a velcro pad to make it work - and it's an extra.

And nothing screams "gun" quite as loudly as the tactical vests.

Perhaps Lobo, but it also resembles a fishing vest, so all you need to do is hang a hook or bobber over one of the outside pockets.:-).

Every now and then I see someone post a graphic that says:
"This post is worthless without a pic!"
 A link would work too!

Sorry, I cannot agree.
I have worn vests, including the 511, for more than 20 years, and have never been questioned except to be ask 'Going fishing?' or 'Been fishing?'. Bought my first one from Banana Republic in 1986, and have worn out about 10 since then.
Worn them in more than 20 states.
I have also had one or more permits since about 1963. Been a gun carrier for most of my life.

Han Solo wore a vest. I could spot his piece from a mile away and I was only six.

Keeping some old fish in the pockets will help too. I don't wear them because they scream "he's going fishing." Nothing worse than having to answer boring fish questions like what kind of electric motor you troll with or what kind of bait you using.

Nothing screams gun except a person screaming "gun!" Only people who carry will ever know. Well caj will know too because he knows all.

My problem with the 5.11 is in its overall design. I have a black jacket, with sleeves that zip off to make a vest. This is not the fishy/photo type vest, just a normal looking Columbia or North Face type. It is warm (three season jacket) and looks good. It has zippers near the holster that will allow you to tailor the access to your gun.
But my gripe is with the inside "security" pockets. No velcro, no snap, nothing to hold contents in. I would have loved a zipper.
As far as the velcro'ed in holsters in the hidden chest pockets, they were about $5 when I ordered mine. I've carried a Kel-tec in one side, and balanced it with two spare mags in the other. Works well after a little fiddling. Just pick one weapon and leave it alone. It also wouldn't work well for anything other than a very light weapon.
I bought mine because I liked the jacket, not just for cc. My primary weapon would never be in it. The cc ability was just gravy.
